Increase power and efficiency from your 1GD/2GD-FTV engine with these I-ART Brand New High Flow Injector Nozzles, designed for high-performance diesel applications.
Engineered to suit N80 Hilux, N90 Hilux, Prado 250 and 70 Series 4-Cylinder platforms, these nozzles provide precise fuel delivery and consistent performance across a range of tuned setups, whether running factory or upgraded turbo systems.
Built for accuracy and durability, they are ideal for increasing fuel flow while maintaining smooth engine operation. The reduced opening time of GSL nozzles enables an extended, more controlled burn period, delivering cleaner AFRs without increasing fuel consumption.
Important: These nozzles require appropriate ECU tuning to achieve the desired performance gains. Depending on your setup, additional supporting modifications such as upgraded turbocharging, intercooling and fuel system components may be necessary.
These are not part of an exchange program. Your own injectors are fitted with new nozzles and returned to you, ensuring the quality and condition of what you receive.
This approach eliminates the risk of being supplied with heavily worn or high-kilometre injectors from another source.
Please send your existing injectors to GSL, where the new nozzles will be professionally fitted before being returned to you.

Modified & Oversized Injectors
Where a modified or “+size” injector is marketed or supplied as genuine (including I-ART, Denso and other OEM brands), this designation applies solely to the injector body and does not extend to the nozzle.
To increase flow capacity, the original nozzle has been altered or replaced. As a result, it is no longer considered an original OEM part. Variations in modification techniques mean that performance, flow rates and overall behaviour can differ depending on the manufacturer or supplier.
Although the injector body itself remains a genuine OEM component, the nozzle and total flow performance will not match standard factory specifications.
We recommend ensuring your injectors are in good condition prior to nozzle installation. If your injectors have exceeded approximately 130,000km of use, we advise replacing them with brand-new genuine units to maintain reliability and performance.
