Shipping policy
Order Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Products:
All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. -
Fabricated Products:
Orders for fabricated goods are processed once fabrication is complete at our workshop, typically within 4 to 6 weeks of your order confirmation. You will receive an email confirming that fabrication has begun, followed by a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.
Please note:
Fabrication times may be extended due to raw material delays or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate promptly if any delays arise.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your order and delivery location.
In-Store Pickup
Save on shipping fees by choosing free local pickup from:
5 Freighter Avenue, Wilsonton, QLD 4350.

Ready-to-ship orders will be available for pickup within 1 to 3 business days.

Fabricated orders will be ready within 4 to 6 weeks.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we’ll notify you via email once your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Pickup Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your items.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of the shipping notification, please contact us at admin@gslfab.com.au with your name and order number, and we will assist you promptly.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

All fabricated products from GSL Fab PTY LTD are covered by an 11 year warranty. Please refer to our comprehensive Warranty, Returns and Refund Policy for details.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@gslfab.com.au with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review your case individually and work with you toward a satisfactory resolution.
