The Troopy 78 Series Twin 4" Stainless Exhaust System requires a minimum of 2" lift.
If you're Troopy 78 series has an aftermarket rear bar (eg. Kaymar) the exhaust system will require custom fabrication, and this is an in-house job only.
Landcruiser Troopy 78 Series Twin 4" Stainless Exhaust System
Our twin 4" stainless exhaust system is the most popular exhaust by far for the Toyota Landcruiser 70 series crowd. It is what we like to call the full GSL treatment because it produces the sound that we’ve worked so hard to achieve. Our twin 4" exhaust system is the OG when it comes to Landcruiser stainless systems. Plus, it’s the sexiest system on the market; twin exit, brushed 304 stainless steel with stainless steel flanges, 4 inch pipe, handmade and tig welded in shop. Which means our exhaust systems are completely Australian Made.
TURBO BACK
The ‘turbo back’ systems are great for pre DPF and DPF models.
They give the true V8 note and best performance gain of all exhaust types. However, recent models are legally required to have a DPF in place. This variant of exhaust removes the DPF entirely (on the DPF models) and in most areas, this is an illegal modification - thereby potentially voiding any warranty on the vehicle. This is an option for off-road and track use only.
The system starts with a 5 inch dump, moving into a 4 inch CAT, a 4 inch muffler section, and finishing off with a 4 inch tail.
DPF BACK
This system utilises the standard DPF, while still delivering the great note of our exhausts. If you’re chasing sound over performance, then this is the perfect exhaust. From the back it’ll look just as good, so you don’t miss out on aesthetics either!
This option is great for everyday use, as it’s a little quieter and keeps your vehicle compliant with vehicle emission standards.
The system starts with the factory DPF to 4 inch adapter section, moving into a 4 inch CAT, a 4 inch muffler section, and finishing off with a 4 inch tail.
ELITE DPF SYSTEM
Australian made upgraded DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter). The main reason for this mod is to give you the V8 note that standard DPF models are lacking. Being a high flow, this eliminates the bottle-necking issue with the standard DPF’s, and assures consistent power with no drawbacks.
This option is great for everyday use, keeping your vehicle compliant with vehicle emission standard.
The system starts with a 5 inch dump, moving into a 4 inch Elite DPF Section a 4 inch muffler section, and finishing off with a 4 inch tail.
The Elite DPF system is an in house only, we cannot post this exhaust system as it does require remapping by GSL.

Absolute work of art! The fit and finish on this exhaust is amazing. I did “customise” it a little, removing the catalytic converter and adding bungs for EGT and the O2 sensor.
Noticeable improvement in performance compared to my previous aftermarket exhaust, and the only way to describe the sound is a “thunderous monster”!
